When a customer is booking a unit, they can select a unit type. They should be able to select a specific available unit from the sitemap as part of the order flow.

Customers should have the ability to separate unit types into subcategories with dropdowns in the customer booking portal. For example: On the unit type selection step, rather than have the full list of unit types displayed, you could have options for Small, Medium, and Large (or Ground Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor, etc). If you select Small, it will drop down to show each specific unit type in this category: 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, etc. This would allow for more general groupings for the beginning of the customer journey. This would also be helpful for businesses that have a very large amount of different unit sizes, so it doesn't just display in one huge list to scroll through.

I would welcome a feature in the customer portal where the customer can mark their move out date. That can be at the time of booking or later on, whenever the client decides that he knows about his move out date. We can then get in touch, check and take the necessary steps when appropriate. That also helps for planning and allocation of the units. Barbara

Verifying the ID of customers is becoming an ever important step so to have this step embedded into the customer booking flow, similarly to the Stripe payment gateway, would be great. The main issue is manually having to verify IDs mean it's hard to use the full automation functionality of Storeganise.

There woud be a new custom field setting that would conditionally display the custom field depending on the value of another custom field Example: *Tax ID* custom fields shown only if *Customer Type* is *"business"*

During a customer booking, use an address finder/autocomplete so that customers can enter their postcode/zip code and find their address from those provided. We could support adding Google Map API Key as a Customer Portal integration in the developer settings

Currently the customer portal will display the total number of available units for a facility. Instead, there should be a cutoff setting to display the total # available only when it's less than a certain number. Example: * When there are over 10 units available the facility will simply say "Units available" * When less than 10 units are available the facility will say "X units available"

By creating specific promo codes (per unit type ideally) and using them in digital ad campaigns or in QR codes we can better measure success around what works and what doesnt. to then rinse and repeat From the URL, if clicked the promo code box should prefill allowing for a more streamlined process for the customer and showing them what they would pay today rather than relying on them to copy and paste the promo code from the website, or ad etc. The checkout process needs to be a frictionless as possible - less clicks and less reliance on the customer to enter in certain info in order to get the discount to then calculate cost soemthing similar to this https://checkoutpage.co/help/articles/prefill-coupons-on-a-checkout

In the customer portal, for unit types that don't have an available unit, add options to * hide the unit type * list the unit type at the end (so the first page isn't full of types you can't book anyway)

By adding controlled IDs to DOM elements in the customer portal, it will be easier to customise content with Google Tag Manager (GTM). ID could be something like `sgc-price-${type}`
