We’ve added automated move-out emails. Now, customers receive clear updates when:

This update eliminates manual follow-ups, keeping customers informed of their move-outs automatically.
Operators using fixed-date billing can now choose whether to include the first full month’s rent in the initial move-in invoice.
How it works:
🔹 Before the cut-off date – Invoice covers only pro-rated rent for the current month
🔹 On or after the cut-off date – Invoice includes pro-rated rent + full next month’s rent

The automated rent increase add-on helps operators set up regular rent increases, including timing, percentage, and advance notice.
This Add-on ensures consistent revenue growth by automating rent changes and providing tenants with clear advance notifications.
Configure settings like the interval between rent increases, percentage increase, and notice period for tenants. Once configured, the system will manage rent increases automatically, saving time and maintaining consistency.

Annotations can be used to highlight key details for unit types, such as promotions or limited-time offers, in your Customer Portal.
They can also be used with dynamic pricing to indicate promotional prices or special deals.

You can now integrate Add-ons directly into website builder content blocks. This feature allows you to embed tools like Typeform or Calcumate directly onto your website.
Simply select an Add-on block in the website builder and install the desired Add-on.

The Stripe Identity Add-on ensures customer identities are legitimate during the booking process by adding a step where a customer needs to verify their identity prior to completing a booking. This enhances security and reduces potentially fraudulent sign-ups.
The verification process is fully integrated into the Customer Portal for a seamless booking experience. Verified customers will not need to repeat the verification process unless it is reset.
All of these add-ons, including the Twilio SMS, Xero & SpiderDoor add-on are currently in
Beta
. For the next 3 months, any customer who wishes to use these add-ons can do so at half-price. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to explore these features and provide us with feedback to help improve our services. After 3 months, you will automatically be charged the full add-on rate (found in the Add-on marketplace on Storeganise.)

This new setting will allow operators to set an optional threshold such that if the balance outstanding (unpaid amount) of an invoice is below x amount, a late fee would not apply to that corresponding invoice.
Informs customers of what their total outstanding balance is when an invoice / receipt / failed invoice email is sent.
This amount would be equal to the total unpaid balance of all unpaid invoices (excluding draft), as shown now in the Invoices section of a unit rental page.

.We’re improving the security of our user creation process to stop spam accounts. We’ve added a Captcha anti-spam service to your general settings. This helps ensure that only real users can create accounts, protecting your system from fake accounts.
You can easily turn this Captcha feature on or off, depending on your needs, especially if you use custom booking portals or APIs: go to Main Settings > General > Captcha.
