New page redirects with redirectUrl setting

You can now set redirectUrl for website pages to manage redirects easily.

Allow for editing existing URLs or URL redirection
Currently we cannot edit existing URLs or set up redirection to new URLs, which is an important part of technical SEO. (It is possible to change page’s slug though)

Add-on: Hide unavailable unit types

Keep your Customer Portal clean and focused. This free Add-on automatically hides unit types that are fully booked, so customers only see units that are available for rent.

By removing unavailable options, it helps customers find available units faster, improves their booking experience, and reduces inquiries about unavailable units. This streamlined approach ensures that your portal remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and efficient.

In the customer portal, for unit types that don't have an available unit, add options to * hide the unit type * list the unit type at the end (so the first page isn't full of types you can't book anyway)

Invoice balance threshold for late fees

This feature update how now been deployed to all operators. See our helpdoc for more details.

This new setting will allow operators to set an optional threshold such that if the balance outstanding (unpaid amount) of an invoice is below x amount, a late fee would not apply to that corresponding invoice.

New variable placeholders for agreements and emails

Unit rental unpaid balance

Informs customers of what their total outstanding balance is when an invoice / receipt / failed invoice email is sent.

This amount would be equal to the total unpaid balance of all unpaid invoices (excluding draft), as shown now in the Invoices section of a unit rental page.

rental.billedUntil variable

{{rental.billedUntil}} variable is now available in unit emails, which is useful for prepayments
{{rental.billedUntil}} variable has also been added to the agreement template

SEPA dispute management for Stripe payments

We’re pleased to introduce an important enhancement to how Storeganise handles SEPA (direct debit) disputes. When an invoice is paid via SEPA and later disputed by the customer through their bank, Storeganise will now:

  • Mark the invoice as failed.
  • Add an outgoing payment for the disputed amount.
  • Tag the invoice as disputed.
  • Create a follow-up task for operators to manage the disputed payment effectively.

Security: prevent spam/bot signups with ReCaptcha

We’re improving the security of our user creation process to stop spam accounts. We’ve added a Captcha anti-spam service to your general settings. This helps ensure that only real users can create accounts, protecting your system from fake accounts.

You can easily turn this Captcha feature on or off, depending on your needs, especially if you use custom booking portals or APIs: go to Main Settings > General > Captcha.
