If you set a default quantity for a product in the valet booking flow, the customer can simply take that quantity back down to 0 on the product selection step. Since there is no way to add any mandatory charges/fees during checkout, it would be helpful if there was a way to make it so a default product quantity was locked in.

This is particularly relevent in accounts with multiple markets where some fees/charges would only apply to certain markets.

i.e., a product serving as a "Collection fee" to apply to a plans market but not an items market.
