I would welcome a feature in the customer portal where the customer can mark their move out date. That can be at the time of booking or later on, whenever the client decides that he knows about his move out date. We can then get in touch, check and take the necessary steps when appropriate.
That also helps for planning and allocation of the units.

Definitely need something along these lines. Right now there's no systematic way for the customer to communicate this or even better - do it self-serve. I constantly get customers calling me and saying "I tried to find a way to do this in the portal, but can't figure it out." So I've got to try and record what needs to happen while I'm driving down the road.
